What's in Your Heart?

Most of us don't think about what we're keeping in our hearts. We just keep things there — quietly, automatically — until one day we realize how full it's gotten.
That's the question behind The Container.
Not just "what does your heart hold?" but — what are you choosing to keep in there? Fear takes up space. So does love. So does the version of yourself you haven't let go of yet, the grudge you're still holding, the dream you keep pushing to the back.
The heart isn't infinite. And yet we treat it like it is.
Part of being self-aware is asking yourself the hard questions and being honest about the answers. Not comfortable-honest. Actually honest. The kind that makes you sit with something for a minute before you move on.
I designed The Container because I was asking myself that question. What am I allowing to occupy the most space in here? Is it worth it? Is it serving me? Is it who I want to be?
I didn't have clean answers. I still don't. But the asking matters.
That's what this piece is for — not to answer the question, but to keep it in front of you. On your wall. In your hands every morning. A quiet reminder to stay honest with yourself.
