Refund policy
Because every KSL art product is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mykslart@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation with our fulfillment partner.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at mykslart@gmail.com.
Please note: Because our products are custom-made to order, exceptions may apply under EU consumer law for personalized or custom goods. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
