“Happiness is the path” is my interpretation of the popular laughing Buddha. On either side is a Chinese character that translates as good fortune and double happiness. May you always be able to laugh at yourself as well as find joy in the little and big things.

“I am my own best friend” is a digital illustration and freehand lettering with blooms around it. This is a good mantra to keep, a powerful reminder to be your own cheerleader, ally, and champion. Always celebrate you.

“Spread your wings” is a digital illustration and freehand lettering on a silhouette of a swan. Remember the story of the ugly duckling that grew into a beautiful swan? This piece reminds us that we all go through growing pains before we can emerge majestic and strong. Put the work in and become your best self.

“Cherry blossoms” is a digital painting that captures the delicate beauty of cherry blossoms against the strength of majestic mountains. This is a wonderful reminder of how our minds can transport us to fantastic places that exist between our dreams, desires, and reality. Take the time to dream.

“Arizona dreaming” is one of my bestsellers. This is an ode to the copper state’s beauty especially during the fall when it showcases its breathtaking color palette in the skies, trees, mountains, and wildlife. The original artwork is a gouache painting on paper canvas.

“Serenity” is a modern interpretation of the age-old wisdom, “See no evil, Speak no evil, Hear no evil”. The three beautiful faces subtly hide in plain sight the lessons they bring and serve as a gentle reminder of the environment that nourishes and protects us. “The Container” is a digital illustration of the human heart, where we keep our innermost thoughts, feelings, fears, and desires. We each hold our own hearts and fill it with what is important to us. The dagger sticking out is a foreign object and is not part of the heart. It’s a call to mindfulness on what we allow to take up space in our hearts.

“The Run” is a digital painting that captures the beauty of nature which is always around us whether we notice it or not. The runner, who’s almost in the shadow and far away from the vibrant colors is still lightly kissed by the sunlight. This is a great reminder to live and experience life in full color.
