“Happiness is the path” is my interpretation of the popular laughing Buddha. On either side is a Chinese character that translates as good fortune and double happiness. May you always be able to laugh at yourself as well as find joy in the little and big things.

The Container
“The Container” is a digital illustration of the human heart, where we keep our innermost thoughts, feelings, fears, and desires. We each hold our own hearts and fill it with what is important to us. The dagger sticking out is a foreign object and is not part of the heart. It’s a call to mindfulness on what we allow to take up space in our hearts.

The runner, who’s almost in the shadow and far away from the vibrant colors is still lightly kissed by the sunlight. This is a great reminder to live and experience life in full color.
