Who makes your products?

Our products are printed and fulfilled by Printify, a trusted print-on-demand partner. Items are produced from globally sourced materials.

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 3–7 business days, plus shipping time. Standard shipping within the US is usually 5–10 business days after production. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location, typically 10–20 business days after production. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country upon delivery.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made to order just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mykslart@gmail.com with a photo and we’ll make it right.

The colors look different from what I expected — what do I do?

We do our best to display accurate colors, but screens vary. If your item arrived significantly different from what was shown, please reach out and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Can I get a custom order?

How do I care for your products?

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Production time is 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location. KSL art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to mykslart@gmail.com with photographic evidence.
